Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Standard U.S. shipping: flat $6.95
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75
- Expedited options are calculated at checkout
Delivery
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. CUPRÉ is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.
Storage on arrival
Our sealed powder is stable for normal transit times and does not require cold-pack shipping. On arrival, store the sealed vial in a cool, dry place away from light; refrigerate or freeze for long-term storage.
International orders
International availability is limited and subject to the laws of the destination country. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. Orders to restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.
