30-day returns on unopened items
Unopened, sealed, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable).
Opened products
For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or unsealed research materials cannot be returned or refunded. This protects the quality and traceability of every lot we sell.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will issue return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Non-returnable
- Opened or unsealed vials
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging
